Classical Reformer Classes:
Intro to Reformer: Stone Creek's Intro class is the perfect way to experience Pilates Reformer and our beautiful studio! Enjoy a 30-minute, full-body session with one of Stone Creek's certified reformer instructors. (Private 30-minute $30)
Classical Reformer: Classical Pilates classes remain true to Joseph Pilates's method, which has proven effective in helping you establish a stronger mind-body connection. Stone Creek's classically trained instructors completed more than 215 hours of training. (Group $30)
Peak Pilates Fitcore Classes:
Fitcore: Peak Pilates Fitcore is a fitness fusion program that combines the best of classical Pilates reformer exercises with bodyweight exercises, standing work, and stretching for a total mind-body workout experience. (Group $25)
Athletic Fitcore: Peak Pilates Fitcore combines classic reformer Pilates with bursts of cardio and strength training to elevate intensity. Improves strength, flexibility, and balance while improving overall fitness. (Group $25)
Circuit Reformer: Peak Pilates Circuit Reformer is a full-body workout using the reformer's springs for resistance, combining strength, cardio, and core work in timed intervals or stations, moving through exercises like footwork, arm work, and lunges to elevate heart rate and build lean muscle, offering a dynamic alternative to traditional Pilates. (Group $25)
